Can Clearline help me retrieve a report?

Learn about guided assistance and authorized bureau-account access.

Choose an assistance option

In Credit Reports, choose Help me get it if you need guidance.

If you have an existing bureau account and the option is available, you can choose Share bureau login and explicitly authorize Clearline to use that access to retrieve a report.

Keep access temporary

Bureau-access requests expire. You may cancel a pending authorization from the Credit Reports page. When a request is closed, Clearline removes the temporary stored account access according to its retrieval process.

Do not put passwords, security codes, or sensitive credentials into regular support messages or email.

After retrieval

Once a usable report has been added to your account, Clearline can verify it. If retrieval is unsuccessful, you will receive instructions about what to do next.
